missing part of towel

I really like the towels but for the price 3 rolls of 8=24 triples were missing 1 inch of the double sheets

Don’t trust the Dye!

I needed to clean up a spill on my gray and white patterned area rug. The spot was orange and I used a damp penguin printed paper towels to clean up the mess (from a brand new roll). The paper towel didn’t pick up the orange AND left behind a large blue mark from the dye. To clean the dye spot, it required a lot of work and carpet cleaner. I would not recommend this product to anyone who intends to use this to clean up any messes because it only creates more of a mess. I don’t intend to use this product anymore.

Just Switched Brands

I have always bought Bounty select a size paper towels until just recently. I’ve been frustrated by the amount of glue that is used to secure the top sheet to the roll and also at how difficult it is to rip off one sheet when the roll is on a paper towel counter top holder. The amount of glue used causes me to throw away the top 5 sheets or so. I have to rip away the top layers because they are glued for multiple layers on the roll. I also have grown to dislike the fact that I cannot rip off one sheet without multiple coming with it when I pull from the paper towel holder. I’ve switched to Brawny select a size because their rolls have neither of these issues. Just thought I’d pass this information on. You may want to look at these issues since I doubt I’m the only one having them.

regarding Select-a-size: the dang glue that is at the start of each roll AND unfortunately two other places on each roll which is UNNECESSARY usually cause us to waste 6 to 8 sheets. This has happened in the last three large packs we purchased at Sams. I understand marketing..., people use more then buy more but... this is beginning ti tick us off EVEN THOUGH Bounty is the best dang paper towel out there. FYI

The towels are great but lately the first towel sheet is glued down with so much glue that you literally have to rip through 4 feet of toweling to get the roll usable.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Entirely to much glue.

Bounty is without a doubt the best paper towel that you can buy. The one problem that I do have with it is that entirely to much glue is used to keep the roll together. Personally I wish another way of doing this could be explored and not do the glue at all. We buy the big packages of the Bounty paper towels at Sam's and some packages are worse than others. I never put a new roll up where the first 5 - 6 half sheets are stuck together and essentially useless and thrown in the trash. It irritates me every time a put up a new one. This morning 8 half sheets were useless.
