Select-A-Size Paper Towels - Please fix your perforations so they tear properly

I love Bounty Select-A-Size paper towels. I use them all the time, as napkins, for cleaning, etc. I've noticed a trend in the last few months that they aren't tearing off properly, like they used to. When I only want half a sheet and it rips (not at the perforation) and I get 3/4 of a sheet or more, it's wasteful. I think Bounty paper towels are the best, but I don't want to needlessly use more than I need, as they are expensive. Please consider passing this on for the manufacturing process to adjusted. Thank you.

Size of individual towels - what a mistake!

We’ve been buying Bounty paper towels for decades. Most recently we noticed that the size of the half sheets had increased approximately by 50%. That means that for most of our usage we use more towel than needed. Just another decision to rip off loyal customers.
You should strongly consider reverting to the former size ASAP or you may find the blunder akin to the “New Coke” debacle. For me and my household, we’re actively looking for alternative products.

I grew up using Bounty towels — stronger and well priced. Now, the quality has suffered (thinner towels?) and shrinkflation has taken its toll. It is nearly impossible to determine which size or bundle is most economical for the price. I value transparency, and that now seems to be lacking. I have no intention of taking even more time to call the company to decipher it all. Please bring back old-fashioned quality and transparency. In the meantime, sadly, I am sampling your key competitors’ products.

Perforations

I'd like to say I've been using these paper towels for 10 years. I love the absorbency strength they have. The problem I'm having is the way they tear off the roll. For the last 4 months they don't tear off the roll right. They tear at the perforation for the first 8 " then rip away to the towels the last few inches.its very frustrating.

Incredible Towels - Well Worth Price!

For years I bought super cheap paper towels, wondering why anyone would spend so much money on a roll of Bounty, when you could get three rolls of bargain brand for the same price. Then I had a really good coupon plus a sale, so I tried a couple of rolls.
What a difference! Especially with the "select-a-size". The roll seemed to last forever, I didn't need 3-4 paper towels just to wipe up a spill, and -- although I can't bring myself to rinse them out and use them again -- I do use them for multiple spill clean up because they just seem to soak up spills without getting grungy. Again, can't stress enough that the roll lasts 2 to 3 times as long as the cheaper brands. Tried going back, but it just didn't make sense and I felt like I was always having to buy paper towels.
I'm a Bounty convert! (By the way, my mom never used anything but Bounty . . . turns out mom's always right!)
I would recommend this to a friend!

This product has changed!

The last 12 pack of select-a-size towels is very different than the towels we have been using for years. These towels are thinner, less absorbent and plain poor quality. You have either had a manufacturing defect or you have change the process/towel to a very poor quality. We have changed to Viva in an effort to try a better quality paper towel. Please advise if you have either fixed the process or gone back to the past quality towel. If so I will consider returning to Bounty.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
