The outer box was fine and there was plenty of bubble wrap. So the condition of the clock was most likely known to whoever pulled and shipped this product. I highly doubt that any damage was caused during shipping. The plain white box that the clock came in was crushed and dirty. The clear cover over the clock face was detached but easily snapped back into place. And the minute hand of the clock was bent but easily bent back into shape. Once I fixed it up a bit the clock works fine and is hanging on the wall. It a nice size and the numbers are clearly visible from 40 feet away.
