These are hands down the best among letter/paper/project jackets of its type. They are sturdy durable and I pretty much use them daily (to keep me organized) until they are beat up at which time I transition to a fresh new one. I wish I didn't have to spend as much as I do on them but I wouldn't want to compromise the quality of them to shave off a few cents. There are other paper jackets out there that are much less reliable (tearing or opening at the seams) or just flimsy with little room for more than a few sheets of paper and that's not what I'm looking for.

To keep paper organized. It helps to keep current working files and correspondence together handy and identifiable until you can act on it and file it away. It helps you avoid the frustration and struggle of looking for lost papers. I try to use them for everying on my desk so that I avoid loose papers.
