"improvements" Have Ruined this Paper

For years I used Staples High Gloss Photo Supreme to print calendars with the calendar grid on the matte side and the photo page on the glossy. Now I can only find this paper at more than twice the price. But even worse I can't use it for calendars because the ink on the matte side never dries so it smears. It took me forever to figure out that the product isn't the same one and I can no longer find the original product I liked so much. The product number changed from 19890 to 19891 I guess when they changed something about the product makeup. I can't find 19890 anywhere. So I'm having to switch brands entirely. I have been using the pack I bought just to print pictures and it seems fine. But mostly what I print is calendars so I won't be buying more. Now I don't see 19891 for sale just 19891 CC whatever that is. But I don't want to invest in more of this paper if the problem with the ink not drying persists.

I use it in my scrapbooking and my wall photos. The quality is the best and I can cut it to any size photo I want.
