We use these folders for larger real estate transaction files and accounting files. They are great for organizing documents and separating them into their own section. I would highly recommend using them if you don't mind paying a little more to get a good product.

Excellent Style Folder

This is a new style of file folders that our company has tried out. We love the added divider in the middle of the folder. The divider makes it very easy to separate the many copies that need to be placed in the file. It also makes it very easy to add or pull out additional papers without having to pull every paper out from the binding. This added feature makes it very simple and easy.

These are sturdy make it easy to organize legal cases especially for the partner who is most particular about neat files. I off-center the holes a little bit to keep the pages from getting bent when the folders are closed. The pages which go on left sides get punched about a quarter inch to the left pages on the right get punched about a quarter inch to the right of center. I do this by placing the guide on my hole punch to the left a bit and punching pages that go in the right face down. Works like a charm and the files always look neat as printed books.

Instead of flipping through a three inch file trying to find a single sheet of paper the multi-tab files really allow you to categorize them into four separate sections - once you use them you'll never know how you lived without them!
