Product Does it Job But

Although the product did it's job the adhesion could have been better. Had to use additional tape to seal.

I bought this to wrap a package that was to be registered mail. One condition of registered mail was the tape was not to be at all glossy because it needed to be stamped all over the pkg. Stamping glossy tape could wipe off. I did not find any plain brown packaging tape so even though this tape was somewhat glossy I bought it anyway. At the post office they said it would be ok but it's not really what they like. So if Staples could supply brown packaging tape that is absolutely not glossy in any sense that would be great for packages that need to be mailed registered! The lady at the post office said it was even hard for them to find the kind of tape that registered mail needs!!!!?? Also it wasn't real "sticky". Not sure if that's the way it is or if it was old and lost some of it's adhesive quality.

This supposed packaging tape is so bad it started to lift from my cardboard boxes half hour look later. I had to use duct tape over it

I was hoping this would be a good product to use on envelopes for security boxes that needed extra strength and packages being mailed. I would only recommend this on storage boxes of light weight material.
