Good product. Sticks and seals all packages and paper. The dispenser is convenient and cuts off clean.

Looks good preforms poorly

I thought this would be good quality packing tape but I was wrong. The adhesive qualities just weren't that strong. I ended up using much more of the tape than usual.I had to wrap it around the package several times to ensure it held. For what I needed this product disappointed. Buy the clear packing instead. It holds better and the cost is similar.

Brown paper packaging tape

I really like this tape it is strong and holds well. The down fall with this staples tape is there is no 3 pack or 6 pack. Staples only sells this tape as a single so I do not always purchase it. If they would offer this tape in a 3 or 6 pack I would purchase it for all my packaging.

Doesn't stick

I bought this product to prepare a package for my ebay selling. I thoroughly wrapped the package and press sealed tightly also using the hand-heat technique as taught by post office. But After a couple of hours I noticed that the tape was coming loose on several edges. I tried to press again only to see them come back up. So I had to use some scotch tape to tape them down and get the package shipped. I also tried to cover it with a clear tape but that doesnt hold ontothis style tape either.

Worst Packaging Tape I've Used

We were required to use paper packaging tape by a customer and were happy to find this tape that didn't need wetting. Only problem is that it doesn't do the one function that tape needs to do - IT DOES NOT STICK. We applied to 12 brand new cardboard boxes and it kept peeling off. So we added another entire application an that didn't work either. Although the paper part is plenty heavy duty it does not good if it doesn't stick to the box. Save your money get the wettable kind (gum tape) or regular packaging tape. Heck - Masking tape would have don't a much better job - no exaggeration. Please take this tape off the shelves
