It sticks but that's all it's good at. Nothing—and I mean NOTHING—can be stuck to it; not labels not stickers not stamps not even permanent marker. It won't even stick to itself (aqueous coating) meaning that all you can do with this is seal things. I actually want my money back on this one. Obviously untested in the real world.

I use it for packages. It covers unwanted box printed areas and matches box color. I use clear for labels and things I want to protect and see.

I would only use this on boxes to be stored not on boxes to be shipped. By the time we carried the boxes back to Staples for shipping much of the tape had come unstuck.

Horrible to the point of nearly useless

It sticks to itself so poorly that it falls off a package wherever it crosses itself. That makes it fairly useless as a packing tape as every package I used it on opened in transit. At the most I might use this to close a paper envelope but regular plastic tape is far superior there too. Without fiberglass reinforcement or a better adhesive this is a useless product unless you want a little excitement in your life by constantly wondering if it will hold.

Tape must have been on the shelf for some time. The glue was old and did not adhere in many places. Would not recommend this product.
