Staples White Inkjet/Laser Address Label

I find that the Staples brand inkjet/laser address labels are as excellent as the name brand but cost substantially less. The lower cost was the first reason I tried the Staples mailing labels. I have found that they provide high adhesion performance that they are excellent with both black and color inks and that they are very easy to remove for application to envelopes and packages. The instructions for use in printers is very helpful. Alignment with my computer and printer is always perfect and they have never caught in the printer like some labels do. I will always use them from now on.

These are just as good as the brand name labels. My only drawback was that I ordered online and they shipped me the wrong size. I then had to go to the store to exchange them which was no problem but inconvenient when I ordered them online to save me the time of going into the store.

We use these in our office and they work great. It is easier to print label with address than to run every envelope thru the printer. Work goes much faster with less mistakes.

Great for business

We use these labels for many things: addresses UPC labels product information etc. We have always been happy with the quality. They match the Avery 5160 template in Word and in our UPC software. They never catch in the printer and always have a crisp clean look. Even when we run a sheet through the printer multiple times (because we only print one or two labels at a time for some jobs) the labels stayed attached to the base sheet. We have not had issues with smudging or reading the UPC's either.
