There are actually 13 Pockets

There is an extra pocket in front of the 12 pockets with tabs. I use the folder for filing receipts by month. The extra pocket is nice to file an annual summary.

I have used this poly file each year for the last 5yrs in my office. I keep receipts sorted by months. it is very practical to have it hanging and easy to access each time.

I absolutely love these hanging poly expanding file folders with monthly tabs for Jan-Dec. I have one that I use for my income and one that I use for my expenses. I have used these for several years and it is the best way that I have found to stay organized. These will be my new supply for 2015.

I have purchased two of these hangers every year for many years. I have one for home and one for business. All bills & receipts are kept by month and then my tax records are filed in the back section. Everything I need to keep for the year is in one handy place. Couldn't be EASIER!

I use this folder to organize my many receipts for tax purposes. Even though it says there are only 12 slots there actually are 13. The front has one extra slot for documents you may not know what to do with. When I have more than 13 different types of documents I add a color sheet in the slot and label it...so you can actual have many more slots than just 13. For one tax year I actually have 39 different slots.. making it a much more detailed and better orgainzation tool. The construction of the folder makes it great for keeping documents over 5 years.
