HANDLES BENT DURING FIRST USE MAKING PRODUCT UNUSABLE. PRODUCT IS NOW COMPLETELY UNUSABLE.

I took it out of packaging and tried to punch holes and it would not go through all the way puncher looks bent...returning it.
