It would not cut though 2 sheets of paper. The handles bent with hand pressure on first use. Why doesn't someone at Staples pre-test these things before they are allowed to sell them? Hole punchers have been around for decades. It is not new science.

I used this for punching holes in Calendars. I did not stand up and the handles bent after a short time. I had to throw it out and buy something else

We have several 3 hole punch mechanisms but needed a single hole punch for a school project for my son. I bought the medium priced hole punch because we had about 20 laminated papers to punch. My son hole punched 3 papers and it fell apart. Very poor quality.

I use this stapler for punching tickets at our local Jr. Miss Program. It has not failed with any punches and the girls state it is light and easy to handle. Many punches in one night.

What a piece of junk!

It fell apart on the first use to make a hole in an eight page document. The handles bent first then it broke into 5 pieces. First use! Make that useless.
