Like what can I say? It's paper. I ordered better quality paper and that's what arrived. The price was higher than the regular stuff and so the quality for higher price was about right.

Had to order twice

Since our local store was recently closed and the nearest Staples is 70 miles away I placed my order for printer paper with the sales associate at the distant store. I waited for several weeks and finally called again. A different associate told me I needed to call the 800 number to place an order. It finally arrived in record time. Seems that my nearest store needs some employee training in the ordering process. The paper is exactly what I need and have used for years. We sure miss our local store!

I only use the best. I like 24 lb. 98 bright paper. I think it elevates my business.
