Exchange of malfunctioned printer

Hello Team I wanted to share that I had a great experience with the Staples Team. I had a smooth and wonderful experienced with my exchange as my printer malfunctioned after less then a year. Staples management honored an exchange and I am very pleased with the ease of this transaction. I have an HP Envy printer that requires plain white paper. I mistakenly bought Inkjet and Laser paper. Need to make a trip to Biddeford to exchange purchase. Also just recently I purchased black 63XL toner for my printer and was only able to print about 7 10 pages before the color turned red and I received a notice on the printer that toner is low. That has never happened before. Now I have to buy more toner.

I never thought about ordering paper to be shipped to me from Staples before this. It's a good workhorse paper. Nothing is wrong with either the paper quality or the method of its arrival.

I was looking for a "Bright" 20lb paper but all I could find was the 24lb. It turned out to be just too heavy for regular use; e.g. printing emails or appointments.
