Significant Defect

The fasteners for the red and blue folders are located inconsistently which is very inconvenient. Holes punched in papers at the correct location for the left side need to be re-punched at a different location if placed on the right side. I've been buying folders for several years and this first appeared as a defect as to red folders about a year ago and just a few months ago as to blue folders.
