Easy Access

I work in a very busy law office in Mount Holly New Jersey. Our office uses these file for our new client files. Mark A. Fury Esquire (plug) is one of the leading criminal/municipal attorneys in this area. We are conveniently located across the street from the Municipal Court and one street over from the Superior Court. Therefore our office receives a lot of traffic. With this being said our files must be sturdy since they are accessed often and they hold a lot of documents. Every time a client makes a payment we make a copy of the receipt and attach it behind the Intake Sheet as a result the prongs are subject to wear and tear. I have been here 5 years and the files have never ripped the prongs never become detached or break under pressure especially for as many times as they are manipulated. The costs of the files is an added benefit since we go through several boxes over the year. I would recommend this product for small jobs but can attest that they can withstand the abuse of a busy law firm.

The paper is sturdy the label space is large so no problem labeling them. The color adds a bit of happiness to the office. And differently situated tabs makes it easy to look for files.

This is a very nice and well rounded folder. We use these are on a daily basis and they hold up very well to everyday wear and tare. I would highly recommend these to any person that uses file folders on a daily basis.

Fastener Folders

These were purchased at our local Staples store because of the in-store stock status as well as the economical pricing. We use these in our business for organization of our drivers files. We have purchased these elsewhere in the past but will only consider Staples from this moment on primarily because of them being a regular stocked item at our local Staples store. Staples advertises "that was EASY' and I thank you for continuing to stock this item and truly making it 'easy' for our business. Thanks Again.

Not Very Strong

These Reinforced Fastener Folders (11 pt stock) are a bit flimsy and the fasteners literally get "bent out of shape" very easily if you add documents to the file daily. They are fine for a few sheets of paper to file it away in storage. But for regular daily use you could be disappointed. I am all for saving the environment with recycled materials but unfortunately the quality is substandard with this particular product due to the recycled material. I hope this helps. Thank you.

I will buy these folders again and again

These folders are used in our business to hold paperwork for each individual customer's past orders. They are great! The fasteners hold all of the papers in the folder with no chance of anything falling out or becoming out of order. We use the colors to differentiate between categories of customers such as taxable and tax exempt customers. It is a very easy and immediately recognizable way of categorizing within our filing cabinets. I would definitely recommend these filing folders to anyone and will be ordering them again in the future.
