I am glad that these folders are already made up with the fasteners. It saves me from having to purchase the fasteners and holders. Great for archiving purposes etc.

Medical record folders

These Staples Reinforced Fasterner Folders Letter Manila 50/Box by Smead folders work perfectly for our practice. The medical records fit snugly inside the closed folder and opens neatly when we need to access details in the folder. We file them in our standard sized file cabinet with no pushing or frustration to get them in or out of their alphebetized home. We will surely be ordering this exact item again and again to keep everything uniformed. We also recommend to other practices.
