Staples needs to deliver as promised

Product is exactly what I needed. Have used before. However Staples has over-promised and under delivered on delivery time-frames. This needs to change if it wants satisfied customers. Additionally although package delivery release and instructions were left posted on the door they were ignored by the driver and instructions not followed.
