Use these for patient file folders. They work great for keeping documents together & hold together well. Metal fasteners still working great year after year. Will be buying many more boxes.

Perfect for our light case files. We use the heavier stock ones for large charts and these were just a trial for us. Well they are perfectly durable and we now use these as well.
