I am a teacher and I use masking tape alot. The price point on this tape was great. At first I thought it a little thin but it works well and that's all I can ask for. I will be buying it again and recommending it to my colleagues.

I really need 1/2 inch size but couldn't find it so settled for the wider and had to fold over the ends for the project we were working on.

Peeling Challenges Waste Time & Fray My Nerves

I am an art teacher & designer so I use a lot of masking tape. This tape is okay once it’s been unwound in one piece but it is difficult to pick up the edge in such a way that it peels without splitting. You can think you’ve got it going and then it splits/shreds & the challenge is to pick up the split end & begin again without the problem repeating itself. This flaw is both frustrating & a waste of time— especially with students waiting for help. Come on Staples how hard is it to make decent masking tape?
