A masking tape is a masking tape.. But the quality of this tape is really good. I had used several other brands in past. I have not had any issues with this kind. I have been buying masking tape yes masking tape from Office Supply store since last three years.

Good sticking masking tape for the price. It's A little thinner than the name brand - Scotch-but it does the job.

Great quality masking tape at a reasonable price. Much better than the dollar store brands and only slightly more expensive when you purchase a multi/pack.

Great Value Masking Tape

The Staples Masking Tape 0.9" x 60 yards is definitely a great buy. It is as good as other branded masking tapes. Its adhesive is as good as other brands as well. I use it to label boxes as I do not want to write directly on the box so I use Staples masking tape for my labeling. I am glad that I can easily remove the tape as well without damaging the surface of the box when I want to change labels. I bought a 4-pack of Staples masking tape and it is much cheaper compared to other brands of masking tape which I usually find at other stores.

The tape is for our business we use to seal our product in your brown paper so that it is safe for shipping. It works great keeping the foil dry clean and in good shape when we ship out to our customers which are all over the United States we had a customer tell us that his roll of foil was in great shape when we shipped it to him that was from CA to New York. The tape held up and he was able to get his job done and to his customer so I am happy that it got there in one piece and he was happy and that made his customer happy that his job got completed and out on time with no problems.
