Not worth it!

I brought this paper to print out photos and I can honestly say this was the worst print job I've ever done. The photo's were suppose to be glossy they came out flat. Every photo came out dark to the point it altered the pictures. I changed the setting on the printer several times and it all had the same effect. This paper does not absorb the ink it lies on top of the paper like a transparency. If you are planning to print photo's this is not the paper you want to use. Maybe for a presentation but not photo's. I had a grade knocked off due to the poor prints.

I love my staples Photo Supreme Paper

I am an avid picture taker. I love to post them and print them and make albums. It can be very costly if you let it. That is why I always turn to staples for my supplies. I can count on quality photo paper that provides me with great prints that I feel proud to give as gifts and place in my photo albums. I always make sure I have plenty on hand it never fails that my children tend to have pictures to print whenever they are visiting. Between my photo paper and my ink I can't go wrong when it comes to Staples.

Slim pickins for photo paper (laser)

I was very disappointed to discover that there was only one laser printer compatible photo paper at Staples. It was the Staples brand and was to be 'glossy' paper. It did go through the color laser printer without smearing. However the photo picture it produced was not glossy at all. Very matte finished. I can't believe that inkjet printers are the only ones that can print decent photographs. I don't know if it was the printer or the paper... but I don't think I'll try finding other brands that are laser printer compatible since the paper is rather expensive. Lesson learned! OUCH
