nothing standard about this quality

I have purchased Scotch Brand & Staples Brand in shipping packaging and heavy duty grades. They are of equal quality and have always been dependable. The Staples standard grade is terrible. I am stuck with 5 more rolls of it. Not only wouldn't I recommend it to a friend I wouldn't recommend it to anybody.

too thin

The tape was a last minute substitute for the type I saw on the website that was not on the shelf in the store. The one I wanted was about $2 a roll. This was 6 rolls for $10 and claimed to be standard. The next price up was $26 for 6 rolls and I was not about to shell that out. The tape is hard to use because it is so thin that pealing it off the roll often tears it wasting an inch or tow at a time. I am tripling it up to avoid a box opening so I have no confidence in its ability to hold the box closed. I will not be purchasing this product again.
