Not very heavy tape...don'tbuy

Compared to other shipping tapes this one is not at all one I would recommend. It is very flimsy and does actually if you are not careful it will stick to itself...have wasted a lot of the tape on my first roll with just it sticking to itself when coming out of the dispenser. I bought it as it was less expensive than the other ones in the store and it appeared to be of the same quality but is is not. I have used the same dispenser for many years and this is the first time I am having such a problem. NOT WORTH THE SAVINGS.

Great Price but tears lengthwise easily

The price is amazing about 1/3rd that of Scotch but u get what u pay for. It tears too easily lengthwise causing you to waste a lot of tape. Once you get it on a tape gun though it should be fine.

The tape is not flimsy whatsoever thick enough and does not stick to itself because of movement caused by static (longer pieces of tape tend to stick to themselves). Good deal for 6 rolls great for mailing or outdoor use (not heavy duty).

Tape is thin and tears easily

As soon as I put the tape on the dispenser it tore and it was hard to get it going in its full width.

i used this tape to ship some boxes of household goods. the tape has good tensile strength but lacks good adhesive qualities. for example some of the boxes were taped up and the next day before shipping the tape peeled up at the ends. i got around this by taping all the way around the girth of the box so that the tape could adhere to itself. this solved the problem but left me with less tape than i expected to use.

Great tape

We bought this tape at a great price compared to name brand tapes and use it for packing boxes for moving. It held up great! I would highly recommend it!
