Not the quality I expected.

I liked the transparency of the product. However the tape did not seem to be the quality/durability needed for even light weight package storage or shipping because it seemed to have a tendency to tear easily. I had to overlap several strips for more durability. When I compared it to the Scotch Matte Finish Magic tape (which I seamed over it to feel more secure) it did not seem to be as strong. The product did secure/stick easily. The transparency makes it great for scrapbooks repairing paper tears or school projects etc.

The tape was much thinner than other brands which meant that it tore and did not hold as well. The adhesive also was lacking.

we have tried many brand-name tapes. staples tape worked held the box ends together. holds 50lbs without peeling away from the boxes.

Buying this in bulk is the way to go - but when did packaging tape get so ridiculously overpriced??? Oh well it fits what we need perfectly and we us a LOT!

This tape does the job. Although it's called packaging tape I use it for shipping. I've found that it works pretty well.
