The tape seems to be really thin compared to other clear tapes I've been using. It has been holding my packages together sufficiently though. When you are pulling a piece out and stop short of the length you need and pull some more out it leaves a line tape where you initially stopped. It's not really noticeable once you apply it to the package. It's just something I hadn't been seeing in other brands.

This is the lightweight version of Staples brand packing tape. We found the quality to be good at half the price of the heavy duty version.

We have purchased this tape in the past and it worked well. Recently purchased it again and it is much more flimsy and CONSTANTLY tears when used with a tape gun. Very frustrating spending so much time trying to find the end of the tape and reloading the tape gun over and over. Will not be purchasing this tape again.
