Great Tape for my needs!

I tried the cheaper tapes from the popular buying website looking forward to saving money but in the long run I wasted it! The cheaper tape broke on the roller constantly and was impossible to find when it broke. This is slightly more expensive in dollars but when you add in the time you waste trying to find the ends of rolls or re-taping packages this is the best buy! I have used this tape for several years and will continue to do so knowing that it serves my needs and works best for me!

Very Thin

The tape was much thinner than other brands which meant that it tore and did not hold as well. The adhesive also was lacking.

I've been buying this tape for years and it used to be a great deal--plenty strong enough for the small packages I regularly used it for and significantly cheaper than the name-brand alternatives. But the last box nearly drove me right round the bend: on the standard hand-held dispensers I had always used now the end CONSTANTLY slipped from the side brackets and cutting edge back onto the roll (I sometimes could not get through a single package without it happening) and then was maddeningly reluctant to be peeled back free. I'm almost as annoyed with myself for putting up with it instead of returning it as I am with the product but by the time I got completely fed up I had used enough of it that it felt like too late so I'm sitting on unused rolls to be dragged out on a purely emergency basis if I run out of decent tape some day.

Clear tape on boxes to the troops in Afg

We were surprised that the tape did not appear clear when we unpacked the box. But the tape appeared clear on the boxes. We are hoping that the thinner tape will survive the rough handling the boxes receive in the U. S. mail and in the battle zone.
