Does Not Work with Otterbox Defender

Not compatible with the Otterbox Defender Pro case. I have to remove the case in order for the Galaxy s24 ultra to get the charge.

Has trouble charging through our Otterbox rubber covers. The USBC cable broke very easily on one of them when gently pushing our nightstand back in. Little too flimsy for my liking. It does have a nice standing visibility station and charges as should once case is removed though.

this product is supposed to be a wireless fast charger. there isnt anything fast about it's charging time at all. i had to sit and wait hours for it to charge, yet when i hooked it into a regular type c charging cable it was done fast charging in 25 minutes. so explain to me why exactly ur saying its fast when it does maybe 3% in 40 minutes. very disappointed in the product. if i could just rate it a 0 believe me i would do so
