Great gift

I wanted something really spectacular for my husband's 80th birthday, so I chose the Titanic. He loves it! I was impressed with Legos attention to detail. They managed to put 46 stars on the American flag which was correct even though New Mexico and Arizona had become states a couple of months earlier which would eventually bring the total to 48. We needed a magnifying glass to count the stars, so it is impressive that Lego did not cut corners.
I would recommend this to a friend!

All the parts were there. I found that when I removed the legos from the bags one would be left in bag I found out later when I was missing some I went back to trash and there it was. I believe people are throwing out by accident

Great product. However, only through 2 bags at this point! Got interested in Legos again as my wife and I started to reassemble sets that we had for our children back in the 90's. Get them ready for the grandchildren! That got me hooked

LOVED making this beautiful structure.
I am a novice builder. My first project was the Grand Piano, put it together with ease and I was hooked. Second project was the bonsai tree and I hated it. The neck kept breaking, so I literally glued it together, ( I know,bad girl). BUT THEN, my 46 year old daughter built the Titanic and when I saw it on the mantle above her fireplace, I had to make it. So very glad that I did. There were no missing pieces. The build was extremely easy IF you paid attention to the illustrations. Truly a work of art. Now on to the Eiffel Tower.

Best set I've ever bought

Great set, a couple things you might want to before you get this set is that you want to have enough space to display it, you also want to have enough time to build it, because it'll probably take you about a week or more to complete, there are a few other things to know, is that there are some very repetitive, but overall it's a great set
