Lots of missing parts

I am 2/3 of the way through this build and I am really, really enjoying it. My brother and I both got one for Christmas a few years ago and while his has been completed for years I am just now finding the time to do it. There are some really clever assembly tricks and some stuff that has made me truly stop and go “WOW.” That said, the missing parts are an absolute nightmare. I’ve had four parts entirely missing and two smoke stack strings that are entirely the wrong length. I’m working around it for as long as I can but it’s disappointing to know after all these hours of building this set, I won’t be able to complete it for a few weeks until Lego can send me the missing parts. I’ve seen some reviews preaching ramping up quality control and I have to agree. For a set this expensive this is a lot of mistakes

Fun build, not super challenging but interesting. Looks great on display and the deck details inside are a nice touch, especially the engines which spin the props.

So I recently made the best decision of my life to get sober and was looking for ways to keep myself busy so bought my first Lego set ever the titanic and was the most fun I had ever had in along time building it definitely will be getting more stuff to build from them

Amazing

I have built lego sets since I was 7 years old and I have had a fascination with Titanic for just as long. This build allowed me to join two of my favorite subjects into one amazing build, and the finished product is exactly what I'd hoped for. There was one missing piece and two wrong pieces, but nothing a little creativity couldn't fix while waiting on the replacement parts to arrive. Thank you, Lego for delivering such a great product.

I purchased this as a gift for my Husband, he has always had a fascination with Large ships especially the Titanic. He absolutely loved building this, the detail that Lego put into this is just amazing.

Fantastic ship

What a delightful ship to build and admire! The intricate replication of the ship is a work of art. The creators did a masterful job of aligning parts on the diagonal lines perfectly. The ship ranks up there with Black Sea Barracuda as one of my favorite sets.
The working engine with pistons connecting to the rear screws via the driveshafts was a mesmerizing feature to play with and a fun way to each my kids about engines.
Every one of my children asked me where the anchor chain unroll mechanism was. Regretfully, I had to inform each of them that the mechanism didn't exist.

The overall structure is pretty sturdy, but in addition to icebergs, the hull is susceptible to destruction by a wife trying to move the ship on the floor to vacuum around it. SOS

Fantastic Build

Overall the build was very enjoyable, loved how each section while the same in some areas was assembled differently, and the attention to detail *chefs kiss*
Only gripe is the rudder and some areas at the stern section gunwale that are kinda flimsy if messed with

Lego Titanic

Wow! Just received the biggest lego set that we are going to build. Huge box, inside box another 3 big boxes. We are going to take our time with this one. This lego piece has a special meaning to us and we will have fun building it. Looking forward to some fun.
