I got it for Christmas and it was awesome! it gave me something to do over winter break, although it is a bit expensive, and I don't recommend it if you have not a lot of space to build or don't have much time on your hands. I saw a lot of negative comments on the missing pieces, but when I got it, all the pieces were there. This was a great set to build!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Pretty good set

I didn't mind the set too much HOWEVER, I've had parts fall off while trying to put the front half attached to the middle half. Especially the bottom towards the bow. Those four pieces kept falling off. I don't even have to touch it and they pop off. I feel like the bottom front half of the ship doesn't have enough support to keep it from falling apart. The middle half is more sturdier with better supports. I haven't started on the stern yet but after that set of frustrations, I think I'm going to take a break before I finish the set. Don't get me wrong, I love the Titanic but, they could've designed it to be more sturdier.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Found the set to be nice to build and a good display piece, although I had a missing rope piece and deformed brick lego was quick to send replacement parts.

Amazing build experience with a solid and sturdy build. Play experience is only limited to propellers but this is truly a magnificent showpiece!

The Best Set Lego Has Ever Produced

I bought this set as a winter time project and just took my time with the build. I found the build to be straight forward and holds your interest through out the building experience. There are some areas of the build that become repetitive, however, I didn't find it to be a bother. There are lots of areas of the build that use small pieces so be prepared! Overall it's a very satisfying build and an incredible display piece once finished. I would totally recommend this set to any advanced builder looking for a challenge.

Favorite set ever

I was worried at first because this one set alone is bigger than all the sets Ive ever built combined. However, the clear instructions we're great in guiding me so far and the details within the set are amazing. I love that the set isn't just about finishing the build, you get a whole experience with different facts dropped within the building manual. All in all, I love it.
