I think a lot of pieces are added in so you can increase
the piece count.Also for the money you would have better quality control imagine my surprise i get to bag 16 and there is no bag 16 now i have to wait for a week or longer to get it very disappointed to put my build on hold i have spent a lot of money on Legos and it seems that more and more kits have pieces missing i think its time to find a different hobby as its not fun any more having to wait for missing parts.

Too many missing pieces to count

I thought the reviews about missing parts would've caused LEGO to fix the issues. Boy, was I wrong. First bag, missing piece. Second bag, 2 missing. Even without opening the bags, we can see that there are missing pieces. Hate to write a bad review but it sort of ruins the experience.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
