Very bad picture and color

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The image color and clarity are very poor. It is extremely difficult to adjust the colors, contrast, etc. Every channel, movie, and so on has different color settings. The instructions regarding the picture settings do not accurately reflect the actual performance. I regret buying this TV. Is there anyone who can help me? I see other reviews from people complaining about the exact same issue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi there,
We appreciate your input on the picture quality of Samsung's Q8F TV. If the image you’re seeing doesn't meet your expectations, there are several adjustments you can make to the picture settings.
Go to Home > left directional key > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
...and select the mode that best fits your usage:
1. Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments
2. Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments
3. Eco: Provided to save energy
4. Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room
5. Filmmaker Mode: Provides source content just as the creators intended. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it’ll automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.
AI Mode and AI Settings further recognize and analyze the surroundings, noise, the content, and your usage patterns to provide the best viewing experience. You can enable AI Mode by going to Settings > All Settings > Advanced Features > AI Mode Settings > AI Mode.
If adjusting image settings does not improve your picture, please contact Samsung Customer Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG (8AM – 9PM EST Mon – Fri, 8AM – 6PM Sat – Sun). You can also LiveChat with an agent or find helpful guides by visiting the ‘Support’ section of our website.
