My second Samsung TV. Even better than the 1st.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv has been virtually flawless. Initial setup was very smooth connecting with Fios and our Sonos surround system. Brightness, clarity, contrast, resolution and color are perfect. The only issue is the audio interface which seems to not want to search on Netflix and HBO for some reason.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am completely dissatisfied with this product I bought it in October and it’s been one thing after another. I can’t get certain channels on this TV and go and come. I am completely dissatisfied.

Never got to use TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Never got to use the TV. Delivery from Best Buy and customer service was awful. First TV was delayed due to water damage. Then the next week they brought the same water damaged TV. Was told to return it and order another TV. After returning TV they added an additional $300 cost to the $399 sound bar I ordered because it was not"Bundled" anymore since the TV was now on a separate order. Well the sound bar sells for $399 by itself so this made no sense. So now everything is being returned to Samsung. Bought from LG instead. At least they support Dolby Vision anyways.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
