[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love the 65" Samsung TV. Had a problem watching our wedding on a flash drive. Then realized I was not connected to the internet. Once I connected to the internet, I had an update to the TV. After the update, we were able to watch our wedding, Hallelujah.
I would recommend this to a friend!

bad remote good tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the tv is fine but the remote is a piece of junk. it is small in the hands. the buttens dont work all the time. alexa is aseep most of the time i cant wake her up . so much for built in alexa. THE remote is hard to see in a dark room. Nice tv BAD BAD remote I had to buy another remote to be able to use the right way

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great Samsung T.V. Set-up was fairly user friendly! Remote is quite small. Too many functions combined in such a small remote. Difficult to become accustomed to... 55" size is great! Picture quality is positive. Built in channels are good... but certainly could be better! Too many junk channels! Remote is quirky to get what you want... could be much more user friendly & intuitive!

Using the smart interface is a little bit of a challenge especially finding and adding apps. I had to Google a couple of times on how to.
