Good deal!

I got two pairs and they both work. The EQ works well with my phone and they do exactly as said. If you do not like over the ear headphones don't buy these! They do squish the ears considerably but I get used to it and they stay on during rides and runs.

Exactly what I've been waiting for all these years

I have been struggling with inner ear buds for years. They always fall out. I have sensory issues and cannot have heavy duty over the ear head phones. I have glasses so can't wear ear clips. I loved the old Walkman head phones and looked these up and was so pleased that they were Bluetooth and that they were JLab, home of amazing prices and battery life!

Comfortable, lightweight headphones

I bought them on Amazon out of curiosity, and they are already my favorite pair of headphones, even beating out the noise cancelling headphones I had. The sound quality is great for the price, and the metal band feels very durable.
Will buy more jlab in the future.

Order arrived super fast, and connected so easily. If you’re like me and worry about sound leakage there is a little bit. But it’d barely noticeable depending on the volume. Absolutely love these headphones!

Excellent on-line purchase experience

PRO's: Product as described, and arrived quick, in good shape. Seems to work great. Nice & light. Comfortable.
CON's: No instructions included. Took a while to find very minimal instructions on their website. The charging port & the LED are hidden by the foam cushion, so every time you need to charge the headphones, you need to manipulate the foam cushion - which will wear the cushions out prematurely.

Battery fails consistently

I have had 4 pairs of these, and the batteries have died after a few months or sooner on each pair. It is frustrating, because they are a good, inexpensive and light pair of headphones until they stop working. Jlab's customer service was excellent in making good , quickly sending new headphones and ultimately giving me a credit for the original amount. I wish i could say the same for the engineering and testing on this product.

All 4 units defective - garbage product!

I have received 4 different units via the warranty and all of them have been defective. This has been over the course of about a year and I'm shocked that all 4 of the units were very very quiet and clearly defective. The warranty service is great and customer service is quick to reply but I unfortunately have to move on from these headphones and from Jlab. Their apps don't work either. Seems like they don't have any quality control in their production whatsoever. I'm so disappointed because I really love the design of these headphones.
