good headphones, product box not fully packed

Headphones themselves are great. I'm prone to losing things and this is my third pair, so I definitely like them. Unfortunately the box that was shipped to me did not contain the blue charging cable and only contained one of the two spare black ear cushions it was supposed to. I don't have the time and energy to bother with a return and the headphones work just fine, I just wish I had got what I paid for.

old school is cool

2nd pair now. Love these things for exercise and podcasts. Can't wear in ear and I haven't had much luck with bone conducting, so back on old school is cool.

Sorry to hear of the issues : ( Once paired, volume is controlled by the device you are connected to. If after maxing volume out on the device, should you have no sound, please use the email that has been sent your way to let us know. We will gladly get the unit replaced under our fast, free two year warranty. We'll have you back up and running in no time.

Headphones work as advertised instructions were clear my only criticism is that where you plug the charging cord into is hard to see since I do have limited eyesight, but I was able to activate Unpair the headphones to my iPhone and I am using the unit now. Thank you.

I really love these headphones! The only kink is sometimes the button will employ a function (like voice control) that I don't want, but otherwise functions great! Battery lasts a long time.
