Just perfect

Still not over how amazing these are. They are lightweight, comfortable, stay in place, reliable connection, good sound quality, good microphone, long battery, great style. I originally bought them for work-from-home endless meetings (sick of something stuck in my ear all day or painful on my head) but now I use them for EVERYTHING like rowing, running, hiking, family phone calls, music and audiobooks, hammock lounging, yardwork. Comfortable for toddlers through 250 lb 6'5" guys. Everyone asks about them and a bunch of my coworkers are obsessed now too. Great gift for any age (especially my teen niece & nephew...automatic coolest uncle award).
Are these top of the line sound quality? Obviously not, but they don't claim to be.
Just get a few sets!

They just aren't as loud as they once were. The lady who tells you they are on, it's the same recording, but immediately you can tell it is softer, like she's speaking from the next room instead of in your ear. I don't know what happened, but I'm not the only person to have this experience so I think maybe there is an issue at the factory. Which is too bad because these are my favorite headphones and I'd probably keep buying them again and again if I thought they would be the same as the first pair I had. On the other hand, I suppose the only reason I had the first pair for as long as I did was because when they broke (the charging port is not in a place that rewards careless handling) my husband fixed them. On the other other hand, I would not have asked him to fix them had I not really liked them.
Also, is it possible the foam covers are new and therefore thicker and that's the issue? I have no idea. Anyway, the fact of the matter is, they are great for when you are walking down the sidewalk and you still want to hear what's going on around you so you don't get flattened by cars. Also, they are lightweight and comfortable. I have never gotten a headache from pressure points from them despite wearing them for hours at a time, and I can't say that for every pair of headphones I've had. I also appreciate the second pair of foam thingies. Do be aware that the ear-spray is no joke and may be the source of all the quizzical looks I've received from other people in the library over the years. And also, you may think you're being sneaky, reaching up to push the pause button on the bus to eavesdrop, but it's possible that you are not.
Look, I just like these headphones, okay? I would appreciate it if JLab kept them in their rotation in perpetuity by putting real quality control on the job. I wouldn't even get mad if they redesigned the charging port. I would adapt. I'd be grumpy if I had to change my cable, but I'm grumpy anyway so that would be fine. Okay, good headphones, thank you, good-bye.

My ideal headphones

I bought these back in 2021 and I've just starting experiencing some audio distortion today. This could be from age or from handling as I'm not exactly delicate with my things. Nevertheless, I am buying TWO PAIRS right this second as I consider these my ideal headphones: lightweight, easy on the ears, and low maintenance. These have last me most of my 8 hour workdays for the last 2 years, I just charge them on my way home, for about 20 minutes.
I will ALWAYS buy these headphones. Please keep making them and in several colors. Thank you.

How many sets of headphones I went through in the 80s...
These are a really sweet retro look. Mine came with two sets of cushions, one black and one orange.
The best thing about them that's not retro, The sound!
Second best? Bluetooth! I just got my headphones but I've already used the Google Assistant, have made a phone call, and jammed out to some tunes whilst walking the dog.
Everything worked great. I even did most of this post by voice to text through the headphones.
I'm a fan.
I don't think you'll be disappointed.

OBSESSED! These are the greatest things since the 80's

HUGE fan. I ride my electric skateboard to the train and rock these headphones every morning on my commute. Something about them that really makes them the greatest headphones ever. They are SUPER light, sound amazing and bluetooth with that awesome vintage feel. I dig it!

Love the Retro look and the Sound blew me away!!

I bought these (along with the JBud Airs) over the Black Friday weekend for the look and told my wife, "I don't care if the audio isn't great I still love the retro style." I was blown away when I turned on the first track and the sound was AMAZING!! Totally unexpected magnificent sound! These are now my go to Head Phones I LOVE THEM!!!
I would recommend this to a friend!
