Poor Bluetooth connectivity.

They frequently disconnect and tell you with an audio prompt that they have disconnected then automatically reconnect to the audio source. This happens during playback and when paused. I do like the style and lightweight design. I tried adjusting the EQ using the mobile app and that mildly adjust the audio but I don’t see anything to adjust Bluetooth connection quality or check for a software update. Maybe my pair is faulty.
