I had been given a pair of Rewind Lab earphones as a gift, but they weren't compatible with some of my devices. I reached out to customer service, and after some simple procedures, they gave me the opportunity to request a different product. I chose the Go Air Tones. They are comfortable and have good sound quality. However, what made me even happier was the customer service. The kindness, speed, and willingness to help with the exchange, even though I was in another country, is something that honestly surprised me. I appreciate JLab's efforts and hope they continue to make enhancements. Thank you very much!

Love these but I do t know if it's the headphones or my ears buts the buds just won't stay in no matter what size earbuds cover I use. Sup with that?

Great Sound!

Delivery was much quicker tan expected and the service was great!
I went on a 4hr walk this morning, got all the settings right where I wanted them. So easy to use and a great sound.
