I bought these 2 days ago and I cannot connect them to my phone. It keeping saying I need and app. I installed the JLab audio app from the play store but its stilling showing I need to install an app.

Not expensive but the sound wquality is subpar and the fit doesn’t conform to my ear. Not bad though!

I have not used these much at this time. I am pleased with them at this time. This is my second pair. I gave my other pair to someone else. Those were in a higher price range.

Delivery was much quicker tan expected and the service was great!
I went on a 4hr walk this morning, got all the settings right where I wanted them. So easy to use and a great sound.

These earbuds are very comfortable and work perfectly. I got the skin toned colored ones so nobody can see them while I'm working.
