Canadian neighbours need the same selection

I love the Air tones colours and had to go through a few hoops to get hem since I live in Canada. I wish these were sold in Canada (on the Canadian version of your website). These earbuds last for a long time and the price is very reasonable and sound is decent. What more can you ask for.

Exceptional Support and Replacement from JLAB

I received the JLAB Jbuds Air Executive as a gift, but unfortunately they didn't fully charge. The JLAB support team promptly provided steps to resolve the issue, but the problem persisted. However, JLAB went above and beyond by replacing the defective earbuds with new ones and they are now working perfectly. I would like to thank JLAB for their excellent support and replacement, especially considering I didn't have a receipt. I also appreciate the personal touch in your email communication; it feels like I'm talking to a human being rather than a computer, which is rare in this day and age. Thanks again for the excellent service.

Great, affordable wireless earbuds

I really like and enjoy these earbuds! My first pair I receive as a gift a couple Christmas’ ago but unfortunately I recently lost them, and purchased a replacement pair. They have great sound, easy to connect via Bluetooth, comfortable to wear, and even have voice activated features which I haven’t utilized yet.

I like these earbuds and the controls, but i was unaware that these couldn't be connected and used independent from one another. I like to connect and use one at a time so I always have one charged up.

They are indeed dual connect, whereas you should be able to use one apart from the other. If you have already run the reset in the manual and they are still not operating correctly, please reach out to us via support@jlab.com we'll get those replaced for you no problem : )

Too big for petite ears :-(

These are great earbuds! Fantastic sound, easy to pair, no issues except one big one: They are too big for my ears. :-( Even withe the smallest size tips on, the outer part of the buds are too wide and hard to fit comfortably in my outer ear, and so the tips don't reach far enough to have a good grip. I tried so carefully to fit them. One actually fell out while I was standing still. I had waited for almost a year to get this color in stock, and I'm probably going to have to return them. No fault of JLab's, they are great earbuds, and if you have medium to large ears, you will love these.
