Love the tone, but weak battery

I bought these because of the color. They are easy to hide and fit great. However, they will not hold a charge.

Great quality and affordable

I abused my last pair. I listen to podcasts at night to help me fall asleep so my last pair of jlabs were used an average of 10 hours a day. I had them for two years before the battery in the right one, the one I used most, started not lasting the night. They were by far my favorite earbuds; comfortable with good clarity and a decent battery life.
I was just thinking I might have to buy a second pair when, last saturday, I left them on an airplane in Houston.
I ordered a new pair on Monday, they were here on Wednesday and I love them just as much as the first pair.
Jlabs are certainly affordable, and great earbuds if you're using abuse them like I do and they don't break the bank when you lose them somewhere. Highly recommended

Audio Volume Problem

I think I got a faulty pair? They worked well for a month, then the audio began to die. The controls will not work consistently, and the audio sounds faint and waivers in and out. I've tried to reset, disconnect and reconnect, change mode settings, change my phones system settings but nada. I've had another pair of jlab headphones that lasted 3 years with perfect quality! So, I might of just got a faulty set.

Sound quality is horrible and takes a lot of time. I prefer my Beats that falls out my ear over these. Water off money.
