These Are Amazing

I was honestly not expecting them to be so amazing at this price point. congratulations to this company. EVERYONE should own a pair. If these had wireless charging the would kill every competitor hands down. (They might anyway) I now use these more than my Apple airpods or my Bose Soundsport. Just ordered 2 more for friends. Thank u guys …keep up the amazing work.

Awesome Earbuds!

I have profound hearing loss, so I was worried these would not be loud enough, but they were perfect AND they connect to my fire TV so I no longer need to turn the TV volume up to 50 anymore! JLabs has a new forever customer!! Love the colors too!

Go Air Tones So Defective I Had To Throw Them Away

Nice Color but Stopped working after one use

I wanted to support this company since we all know you know who came out with inclusive colored AirPods. They were inexpensive, arrived quickly but stopped working after one use. I have charged the case for hours. Still nothing which was horrible since I was in the airport.

Lasted 3 days

These earbuds lasted for 3 days before the left earbud refused to connect to my phone's Bluetooth. I tried to troubleshoot 5 times and it still didn't work. I even charged them all night, and still nothing. I haven't damaged them in any way, they just stopped working.

Controls are split between buds

I needed something for work. I needed to be able to use each earbud separately. Technically, you can with these, however, one tap turns the volume down on the left, and one tap turns the volume up on the right... . Pause playback is only available as a double tap on the right. So how, exactly, are you supposed to use only the left or right if you can't turn volume up and down and pause with just one earbud? The ability to pause and resume playback controls on each separate earbud is absolutely essential.This is misleading advertising in my opinion. Other than that, the sound is fine, and will do for someone who wants to wear both to listen to music. I haven't tried a call yet, so I can't speak to that quality. I am still on the hunt for a pair of buds that can be used individually with individual controls on each bud.

Good sound quality and comfortable. Like the easy charge with the hidden charging connection. Use everyday at work to help cut down on all the noise and talking around me. I got red buds but I will be ordering these new tones,
