Great Sound for the price with a few design flaws

The sound on these earbuds is excellent, especially for the low cost. The built-in USB charger is also a great feature, when lost or misplaced wires are common. The negatives are: the control features and accuracy aren't great, also the buds are slick and tough to pull out of the charger case. Final negative, is there's no way to connect/re-connect to a device via Bluetooth without putting the bud(s) back into the case, and pulling back out. Overall, these buds are a B+

Great Earbuds, great price, great design

The sound it's amazing. I used to have a couple of Jlab es that I bought in 2019. The updates and improvements are noticeable. I love how now they have touch technology.

LOVE this product. However, every time I buy a pair of jlab earbuds, the left earbud stops working. I try everything and nothing works. Very disappointed

Don't forget to forget (the old set)

Good sound, like the skin tone choices, who want white drips coming out of their ears?
I lost my charger unit in the street and it was crushed by a car. I liked product so just order another set.
When I went to pair them, they didn't connect. Then I realized the phone was looking for the old set even though they were gone. So just "Forget device" from before and search for the new set. worked out well.

Better than AirPods!

This is my second time buying these earbuds and I have no regrets! I’ve said it before and I will say it again I believe that these earbuds are even better than AirPods! Before this pair I was given a black one that had only one earbud and I used them every single day. I loved the incredible shipping, how easily they fit into my ears, the sound quality, the touch features, the low price, and the way they can just plug into a wall! I also was really happy with the tone I got since now teachers at my school notice them in my ears so much less! Seriously a perfect design and I cannot find any issues with it!
