Excellent product for it's price

Got these as a cheap-y option to keep at my work desk for slow days. I'm pleasantly surprised by the quality of sound and the comfortability while wearing! If you're a lighter skin tone like myself, the skin match is a little hokey, but hides well behind hair. Battery life genuinely lasts for days on a 10-20 min charge, and I'm talking like 6-8 hours of use at a time. Easy to pair, comfy to wear, what a great bargain option for cordless earbuds!

My tones vs my beats x Kim

I purchased my tone buds and my beats x Kim buds around the same time of Kim’s beats release. My tone buds mics never worked, but other than the mics not working, I would rather listen to audio on my tones over my beats x Kim ANY DAY!

Jlabs for the win

I now have two pair of these ear buds. Technically three pair, but one pair belongs to my significant other. I love the battery life and they definitely feel better than my older ear buds. The Tones are great when I want listen to music in places where ear buds are frowned upon. I absolutely love the Limited edition My Little Pony ear buds as well. I can't say enough about these.

Big Disappointment: They do not work with theJLab

I bought these because i was very happy with the Minis, that I bought previously. The idea was to use them as a sort of hearing aid in situations where I have difficulties hearing voices. I liked the idea that the Go Air Tones came in my skin color so that they would not stand out if I wore them. When they arrived, I was terribly disappointed to learn that the Go Air Tones do not connect to the JLab app and therefore it is not possible to use them im Be Aware mode. The Be Aware mode is somehow generated by the app and not inherent to the ear buds.
I like the sound, the battery life, how they sit in my ear, but I didn't expect the Go Air Tones to not work with the app.I looked up all the product descriptions that I found online and in no place is there any mention of the app not working with these ear buds.
