Great sound

Great sound and storage and charging are easy. Only complaint is need smaller sized in ear pieces as an option. These hurt my ears after a while, and fall out more easily I think due to being too big to fit well.

Sound app is useless

Received the earbuds Saturday. It's Thursday and I am still not able to connect to JLab Sound app. Earbuds are fine but without the app I have no idea what sound mode I am listening to. I may be returning them soon if I cannot connect to the app.

Amazing!

I got these for my birthday, and I’m so glad that I asked for them. I have a disability in my function in my hands is a little bit limited, and these are so easy to hold and put in my ear by myself. The sound is very clear and loud if you like that lol. These headphones beat AirPods and beats any day

the only thing i wish these had is customizable taps like my epic air sport anc set. other than that, these are perfect. amazing price, small and lightweight, good battery life, and great sound.

I purchased these earbuds a few weeks ago and unfortunately, one of the earbuds didn't work. When I got in touch with customer service, they were awesome. The process to get a new pair under the warranty was easy, breezy, and the agents were the best at resolving my issue. My current pair of Go Air tones are great, the sound quality is awesome, the tone really matches my skin tone, & I saved $230 by getting these great sounding earbuds, instead of the expensive competition. I've already joined them on social media and look forward to enjoying my earbuds for a long time!
