frustrating finding how to's

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this picture is very good-shape and clear. Sound is better than expected. However, getting user help is frustrating. It's so difficult to find how to do things . a better, easier user guide would help; I would like a printed one instead on the TV screen. buttons on the remote for easy access to user guide would be great. My biggest complaint, then, is instructions, user help and poor ease of use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is amazing for gaming. The brightness is brilliant, dark scenes look beautiful thanks to the contrast, and motion stays incredibly smooth. The upscaling is so good you notice the sharp picture before you even realize it’s being enhanced.

Sharp picture, sounds seems be good. AI sound and picture working well. Good upscaling and the UI is smooth. Perfect blacks and contrast with high brightness.

The brightness and smoothness is awesome we love it but we aren’t a fan of the settings menu. But we like that you made the remote recharger and solar chargeable.

Color is excellent. TV is lightweight, paired well with our sound system. Brightness is adjustable and auto adjusts to the light in the room.
