Disappointing Audio

Thank you for choosing Samsung’s S90F TV and for sharing your feedback on the sound quality. To ensure you're getting the latest sound performance improvements, we recommend checking for any available firmware updates: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Software Update
If the sound still doesn’t meet your expectations after updating, there are several settings that can be customized to better suit your preferences:
• Sound Mode & Expert Settings: Choose from preset Sound Modes or manually adjust bass, treble, and balance to better suit your preferences. Go to: Home > left directional key > Settings > All Settings > Sound > Sound Mode or Expert Settings
• AI Mode: Enable AI Mode to let your TV intelligently optimize sound based on your environment and content. This includes features like:
o Adaptive Sound: Analyzes room acoustics and content in real time
o Adaptive Volume: Maintains a consistent volume level over time
o Active Voice Amplifier: Enhances dialogue when ambient noise is detected
• Auto Volume: Helps stabilize volume when switching channels or input sources: Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume > On
If you're looking to enhance your overall audio experience, consider adding a Samsung S- or Q-Series Soundbar (such as the HW-xxx). These models feature Q-Symphony, which allows the TV and soundbar speakers to work together for an immersive, 3D audio experience.

Samsung 77 in OLED out shines them All

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent color and brightness. Very good anti-glare. Has AI software that makes it easier to find what you want to watch. This is the best OLED tv I have seen. Smooth upscaling on none 4k shows! Higky recommended.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is amazing: great resolution, great colors, great contrast, very good brightness, and great features. It looks super sleek, and the build quality is really good. If you are a Samsung phone user, you're going to get a lot for your money. I love all the ecosystem features. I like the fact that I can use my phone to control the TV. I like the fact that it has a built-in assistant, and my absolute favorite feature is the gaming hub. Imagine being able to play your favorite games without needing a console. As long as you have a fast internet connection, you can stream games on platforms like Amazon Luna and Xbox Game Pass, etc. Honestly, I don't regret buying this TV.

Easy to set up and learn, fun to watch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This S90f 65 inch is an awsome tv, im mid 70s and not to technical savvy and this set has been easy to learn and operate. The picture is awsome as well bright and crystal clear, no glare and easy on the eyes, the remote is small and easy to operate as well and no batteries to replace, as a bonus we matched the tv with a samsung sound bar another awsome, like being in theater, love this set up, my last samsung lasted 21 years and is now in my bedroom still going strong,highly recommend.

I haven't taken full advantage of all the adjustments for brightness, but the TV is crystal clear, high contrast, and watching lots of high speed sports, the TV responds well and is easy on the eyes. Receive many compliments when neighbors visit and see the sharpness and vividness of the picture. This is a step up from my 2022 OLED TV and it does not disappoint.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the picture it’s absolutely beautiful. I do have questions on the audio, it goes from normal to loud frequently. I would also prefer just one remote. Turning the TV on with the Samsung remote until I chosen my internet carrier then using my universal remote is annoying. My old Samsung TV allowed me to use the universal remote all the time, unless I needed to make adjustments on the TV then I used the Samsung remote.
